Description
The potting shed and garden wall, located approximately 40 yards east of Burradon Hall, were built in 1855. The structure is made of brick and dressed stone, topped with a Welsh slate roof.
The garden wall is curving, about 10 feet high and 40 yards long, with a flat coping and lined on the outside with stone. To the left of the wall is a 2-storey, 1-bay potting shed constructed of brick, featuring dressed stone quoins and surrounds. The ground floor has a boarded door, while above it is an arched window with Y-tracery. The potting shed has a steeply-pitched gabled roof, complete with kneelers and ridged coping.
