Description

Flotterton Cottages is a house dating from the 18th century, possibly with a 17th-century core. It features a dressed stone facade, with larger, roughly-dressed stone on the returns. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. There is a central door from the 20th century, with 16-pane sash windows on the ground floor and smaller 12-pane Yorkshire sashes above. The roof is steeply pitched, with reverse-stepped gables, flat coping, and kneelers. The ends have rendered stacks.
