Description

Pill Box, built in 1940, is made of concrete and has an elongated hexagonal plan with a flat roof. It is a single storey structure, partly below ground level. The elongated front features three rifle embrasures and a single machine gun embrasure on each chamfered side. The rear has two rifle embrasures and a protected door. This pill box was constructed as part of the Coquet Line of defense against German invasion during the Second World War.
