House. 1820-30. Porch added c.1910. For the Commissioners of Greenwich Hospital. Ashlar with Scottish slate roof. L-plan. 2 storeys, 5 bays. Plinth and pilaster strips. Centre bay breaks forward slightly. Added central corniced stone porch, with flush-panel door on left return; cornice of original door surround visible above. Sash windows with projecting sills. Bays 2 and 5 on 1st floor have original 12-pane sashes. lst-floor band. Projecting eaves cornice with blocking course. Hipped roof with 2 brick ridge stacks.

Long, lower 3-bay service wing to rear.

Interior has staircase with iron lyre-shaped balusters. 6-panel doors and shutters, and fireplaces with fluted surrounds and paterae. Cornice in front room with acanthus scrolls.
