House and surgery. Circa 1800. Pale red brick with paler headers; Swithland slate roof with brick gable copings and flanking brick chimneys. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Rendered plinth, moulded band courses, good moulded brick eaves. Wooden casements with arched glazing bars and cambered heads, the lower window transomed. First and second floors have 3-light windows flanking central 2-light windows the second floor with blind central window panel. Ground floor is irregular with single staircase window to left and 3-light window to right. To centre and left of centre are 2 doors, the left an original 6-panelled door with reeded frieze, fanlight and eared architrave surround. Central half-glazed door inserted mid C20 into former window opening. Both doors share C20 lean-to porch of colourwashed brick. To left is a lower bay with later gabled extension projecting to front. Interior has staircase with stick balusters, cut scroll tread ends and wreathed handrail.
