Description

The entrance screen to Glanton Pike is likely from the early 19th century and is constructed from tooled stone. It features square gate piers that are connected by a short wall to similar piers. From these piers, quadrant walls extend to the end piers. All the piers are designed with plinths and stepped pyramidal caps, while the wall is topped with gabled coping.
