Description

The cross, likely from the late 19th century, is located at the end of a terrace, 100 metres west of Sandhoe Hall in Sandhoe Village. It is constructed from sandstone ashlar and features two steps leading up to a hexagonal base adorned with trefoiled panels. The shaft has the same section throughout, with stepped angles and disc ornamentation. At the top, there is a Greek cross head supported by bracelet-shaped spandrel brackets.
