Description
Park Farmhouse is a house dated 1825, as noted on the sill of the central first-floor window. It is constructed of squared stone with tooled and margined ashlar quoins and dressings, topped with a slate roof. The building has two storeys and three symmetrical bays. A semicircular step leads to the central four-panel door, which features a five-pane overlight set in alternating jambs. The house has twelve-pane sash windows in moulded boxes, complete with dressed lintels and sills. The right side of the building displays a pitching door to the hayloft in a contemporary rear outshut. The rear elevation has one and a half storeys, featuring two boarded doors with alternating jambs and a half-slatted window between them, along with slit vents to the hayloft above.
