The barn is constructed from rubble with cut quoins and dressings, topped with a Welsh-slate roof. The east elevation features three bays plus one; the original barn on the left has a blocked central threshing door with a timber lintel, flanked by slit vents. To the right is the lower extension. The left return displays a boarded loft door above slit vents and reverse-stepped gable coping. The rear of the barn has 20th-century sliding doors and additional slit vents.
