Description

The piers and screen walls at the entrance to Angerton Hall, possibly designed by Edwin Lutyens around 1904, are constructed from squared tooled stone with decorative dressings. The entrance features heavy square piers topped with moulded caps and ball finials. These piers are connected by serpentine walls that include a balustrade, leading to smaller but similar outer piers.
