Description

The Old Post Office is a house, likely built in the 17th century or early 18th century. It features random rubble construction with a pantiled roof and has an L-shaped layout. The building is two storeys high and consists of four bays. In the third bay, there is a two-leaf 20th-century plank door with a roughly-alternating surround and a relieving arch above it. The ground floor also has windows with relieving arches, featuring six- and nine-pane designs. On the first floor, there are small six-pane sash windows. The roof is steeply pitched with gables, raised coping, and rendered brick end stacks.

At the rear, there is a single-storey wing that is styled similarly to the main building. There is a 20th-century addition attached to the left side, which is in a similar style but is not of special interest.
