Description

Sunnyside Farmhouse is an early 19th-century building located to the north-east of Swallowship House. It is two storeys tall and features three windows. The construction is of rubble with quoins, lintels, and cills. The windows are glazing bar sash types. There is a central door framed by rustic quoins. At the rear, the farmhouse has a catslide roof, and on the south side, there is a horizontal sliding sash window with diamond glazing.
