Description

A pair of early 19th century stone houses, located at 1 and 2 Greenside Avenue. The houses are built of very good quality masonry. Each house has a basement and two storeys. The basement and ground floor are rusticated, while the upper floor is finished in ashlar with broad fillet framing. Each house has two sash windows on each floor. At the time of the building's survey, number 1 was unoccupied.
