Description

The shelter sheds with granary over, located to the east of Ogle Castle, date from the late 18th century and were part of a planned foldyard farm. The building is constructed from squared stone with cut dressings and features a pantile roof with stone slates at the eaves. It stands two storeys high and consists of seven bays. The main façade includes a five-bay segmental arcade, which is flanked by blocked doors, and there are small windows positioned directly beneath the eaves. An adjacent block to the east, which has a Welsh slate roof, has been altered and is not considered of special interest.
