Description

This building is a garage located to the southeast of Ogle Castle, originally listed as a barn. It dates from the late 18th century and was part of a planned foldyard farm. The south end is constructed of squared stone, while the west wall is made of brick in English Garden Wall Bond 1 and 5, and the east wall features roughly-squared stone. The roof is covered with pantiles, with stone slates at the eaves. The south end has boarded double doors set under a segmental arch, featuring the Ogle arms above and a coped gable. There is a boarded door on the left side and two small windows on the right.
