Squared stone except for south face of south wall, brick in Dearne bond; pantile roof to outbuildings on south, one section replaced by C20 tiles. North elevation of north range 1 storey, 5 bays with 18-pane sash windows in architraves; to right jambs of former archway into yard. Pent range on south side of yard, lower walls on west.
