Description

The colliery engine-house chimney, dating from the mid-19th century, is constructed from snecked stone and brick in English Garden Wall Bond. It features a tall square stone base with a round brick arch on two sides. Above this, there is a tall round brick chimney that has a roll-moulded ashlar base and an ashlar cornice. The other buildings associated with the colliery have been demolished.
