Description

The gate screen located south-east of Bilton House dates from the second quarter of the 19th century. It is constructed from ashlar and features square piers topped with banded pyramidal caps. The lower quadrant walls have low-pitched coping that extends to similar end piers. This structure is included for its group value with the surrounding buildings.
