Description

The Arbour, located approximately 80 metres south-west of Glanton Pike, is likely an early 20th-century structure. It features external walls made of rubble and a squared-stone interior, with tooled-and-margined dressings. The roof is covered with purple Scottish slate. This small rectangular building has a gabled front that includes a Venetian arch beneath an open pediment. The central opening of the arch is supported by a keystone and rises to hold a ball finial on a moulded base.
