Description
This boundary stone, likely from the 18th century, is made of sandstone and stands 0.65 metres high with a broad flat top. It features incised letters: 'A' for the Freemen of Alnwick on the east side, 'F' for Fenwick on the north side, and 'N.o.7 S' for Swinburne on the south side. The stone marks the junction of Alnwick Moor with the townships of Lemmington and Edlington in Edlingham parish. It is located 480 metres north of the Union Stone.
