Description
This is a shelter shed with a byre and pigsty, located approximately 50 yards north of East Shaftoe Hall. It dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century and is constructed of dressed stone with a stone slate roof. The building is single storey. The shelter shed on the left features two elliptical arches. To the right is the byre, which has a boarded door and a slatted window. On the extreme right, there is a pigsty and an exercise yard that includes an attached rounded feeding bowl on the outside.
