Description

This is a milestone located on the east side of the Riddlehamhope track, 2.5 metres south of a bridge. It dates from the early 19th century and is made of tooled sandstone. The milestone features an arched design and stands 0.6 metres high, with the inscription "R I M" indicating Riddlehamhope.
