Description
Old Town Farmhouse is a house built around 1790. It is constructed from squared stone with tooled and margined dressings and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and three symmetrical bays. The front entrance consists of a four-panel door beneath a three-pane overlight, and there are twelve-pane sash windows, with all openings having alternating jambs. The right end has a stepped stone stack, while the left end stack has been rebuilt in yellow brick. The rear of the house has similar fenestration, along with a later single-storey rear wing. Inside, there are four-panel doors, panelled shutters, and a heavy bar behind the front door.
