Description
Bear's Bridge over the Dewsgreen Burn is a bridge dated 1759, featuring the initials W.O. (William Ord) on the internal face of the east parapet. It is constructed of coursed rubble with a squared stone parapet and piers. The bridge has an elliptical arch with an arch ring, and the chamfered parapet terminates in plain square piers with a band.
