Description

The terrace wall in the walled garden at Wallington, built around 1766, is constructed of brick in English Garden Wall bond and features stone dressings. The wall has a flat coping and includes seven piers, three of which support lead statues of Perseus, a Dancing Girl, and Venus. Near the center at the base of the wall, there is a spring with a lion mask and a stone trough.
