Description
East Cocklaw Farmhouse is a house built in 1832. It is constructed from tooled squared stone and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The central entrance features a flush-panelled door, and there are 16-pane sash windows with slightly projecting sills on the façade. The gables are coped and have stepped end stacks. The central doorway and similar window arrangement can also be found at the rear of the house. Additionally, there are two single-storey rear wings that have boarded doors and hipped roofs. This farmhouse was built as one of a pair with West Cocklaw Farmhouse.
