Description
The garden walls located 100 metres west of Shortridge Hall are likely from the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick in stretcher bond, featuring cut stone dressings, with the outer face made of squared, tooled stone. The walls are arranged in an L-shape and stand 3.5 metres high, topped with flat slab coping. There is a segmental archway at the west end of the north wall, and at the south end of the west wall, there is a short return to the east with coping that ramps down. These walls are included for their group value.
