Description

This is a terrace of three houses built in the early 19th century on Bridge Street, Warkworth. The houses are constructed of squared stone, with roughly-squared stone to the rear and sides. The detailing includes tooled-and-margined quoins and dressings. The roofs are slate, with stacks incorporating white brick, heightened with orange brick.

The buildings are two storeys high, with five windows each. They feature a plinth and sill bands. Number 10 has a renewed front door with a plain overlight, while number 11 has a six-panel door and a small-paned overlight. Number 12 has a four-panel door and a three-pane overlight; a vertical-panelled double door sits within a segmental arch at the left end. The ground floor has three 16-pane sashes, and the upper floor has 12-pane sashes. Coped gables and banded end and ridge stacks are present. The buildings are included on the list for their contribution to the group value of the street.
