Description

These limekilns, located approximately 300 yards north of High Hartington, date from the mid 19th century. They are constructed from dressed stone and brick, featuring four large triangular openings that are corbelled down to three low segmental drawing holes. Behind these openings, there are two oval brick-lined pots.
