Description

This is a milepost located approximately 300 yards south of South Ord, dating from the early 19th century. It is made of cast iron and features an oval top with two oval facets on a short fluted post. One side is inscribed with "BER" (for Berwick) and the other side displays "ETAL 2 8 MILES MILES".
