Description
Priory Farmhouse and the adjoining farm cottage, now combined into one dwelling, date from the mid 18th century, possibly earlier. The exterior features late 20th century smooth render over random limestone rubble. The roof is covered with early to mid 20th century Gaelic tiles and has two rebuilt end and ridge stacks, along with a battered external stack on the right end, also made of random limestone rubble. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays for the farmhouse, which has late 20th century sash windows with glazing bars. The middle bay features a late 20th century six-panelled door with an overlight that also has glazing bars. The farm cottage on the left is a single bay, also with late 20th century sash windows with glazing bars. The adjoining and adjacent outbuildings to the south and east have been altered too much to be of interest.
