Description

This is a late 18th-century terraced house located on The Green in Seaton Carew. The building is constructed from random limestone rubble and has a clay pantile roof with stone gable coping and a kneeler on the right side, along with truncated end stacks. It is two storeys high, featuring two paired sash windows on the ground floor and three sashes on the first floor. The left-hand first-floor window is wider and contains 16 panes, all with glazing bars. The windows have painted stone sills. Access is provided through a doorway adjoining No. 8 The Green. Mid-to-late 20th-century extensions to the right and rear are not considered to be of historical significance.
