Description

Holly House is a late 18th-century house with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of pebble-dashed masonry, with a French-tiled roof and rebuilt brick chimney stacks. The house has two storeys and three bays. The central entrance has a partly-glazed 6-panel door set within an early 20th-century iron trellis porch. Above the door is a blocked window, and flanking it are 16-pane sash windows with flush lintels and projecting sills. The steeply-pitched roof has coped gables and shaped kneelers. There are chimney stacks at each end of the house. A full-height rear wing has replacement windows and a coped rear gable with shaped kneelers.
