Description
Glebe House is a mid-18th century house that has undergone some alterations. It is constructed of squared limestone with sandstone dressings, featuring rubble returns and a rear section. The roof is renewed with pantiles, and there are rendered chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and three bays, with roughly-shaped alternating quoins. The central entrance has a replaced six-panel door with an overlight set within an architrave. The windows are replaced casements in 19th century raised surrounds, and there is an elongated window to the right of the door. The house has raised verges and end stacks with top bands. A late 20th century wing on the left return is not considered of special interest.
