Description
Fenhall Lodge is a lodge that dates from the early 19th century, originally serving Greencroft Hall, which has since been demolished. The building is constructed from sandstone ashlar and features raised quoins, topped with a Welsh slate roof in a Tudor style. It is a single-storey structure with three bays. The central bay has a canted projection that includes a four-panel double door set in a Tudor-arched surround. The flanking windows also have similar Tudor-arched surrounds and feature lattice leading, recessed within rectangular panels. Above the door is a dripmould. The roof is low-pitched and projects over the central bay, with deep eaves. A central stack has two octagonal shafts with plinths and coping. The rear of the building has a matching central projection. There is a 20th-century one-storey addition at the rear that is not of interest.
