Description
The piers and walls located southeast of Fenhall Lodge date from the early 19th century and are constructed from sandstone ashlar. These quadrant walls terminate in four square piers made of tooled ashlar, featuring top bands and pyramidal cushion copings. The pecked margined ashlar walls have nosed coping. The original spike-headed railings have been renewed, and the gates are designed to sweep up at the sides. This structure marks the west entrance to the now-demolished Greencroft Hall.
