It was built in the mid to late 18th century and is constructed from dressed and rubble stone. Both sides of the bridge are similar, featuring a segmental arch with flush voussoirs. The parapet is slightly curved and has flat coping stones, while the north end walls are splayed. This bridge is situated on the boundary between the parishes of Cotherstone and Hunderthwaite.
