Description

This building is a barn located to the north of Low Allers, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed from coursed dressed stone and features a stone slate roof, with quoins at the corners. The southeast front includes a segmental arched opening on the ground floor. The northeast gable wall has two rows of three ventilator slits and a small opening in the gable. On the northwest front, there is a single window on the ground floor, with a shuttered opening above it, and a larger shuttered opening above that. The southwest gable wall also has two ventilator slits. This barn is included in the listing for its group value.
