Description
The wellhead, located 80 metres east of Barningham Park, was constructed in 1904. It is made of rock-faced stone and ashlar, featuring a bronze plaque. At the base, there is a shouldered arch that spans a stream flowing through a small channel. The upper part of the wellhead has a rectangular plan and displays a plaque that reads, "Erected by the DOWAGER LADY MILBANK TO COMMEMORATE THE MARRIAGE OF FREDERICK MILBANK AND DOROTHY WILSON 12TH JULY 1904." The structure is adorned with a moulded frieze and cornice.
