Description
The former bull pen at Park Head Farm, now used as a goat house, dates from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble with quoins and features a renewed pantiled roof. The building has one high storey and consists of one wide bay. The north and west elevations have depressed stone arches leading to boarded doors. The south elevation includes a slit vent on the left and a flat stone lintel above hit and miss ventilators on the right, along with a similar ventilator in the monopitch roof against the high west gable wall. This gable wall may have been crenellated as an eyecatcher to match the west gable of the shelter shed range to the south. The building is included for its group value.
