Description
No. 67 Hallgarth Street is a house dating from the early 18th century, possibly late 17th century. It features painted incised stucco with a painted ashlar plinth and dressings, topped by a Welsh slate roof with brick chimneys and a stone ridge. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door with an overlight, set back in a panelled reveal. The doorcase is adorned with panelled pilasters and a bracketed cornice. The late 19th-century sash windows in the end bays have projecting stone sills. The steeply-pitched roof includes end chimneys, with the right chimney raised in new brick.
