Description
The cartshed and granary, located 50 metres north of Hutton Hall farmhouse, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed from rubble with tooled-and-margined quoins and dressings, topped with a graduated stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and three bays. The front features an open elliptical arcade with small windows above. On the left side, there is an external stone stair leading to a boarded door, while the right side displays a large raking buttress. The rear wall has three granary windows. This structure is included for its group value.
