Description
The Primitive Methodist Chapel, dated 1861, features an ashlar front and a rubble left return, with a plinth and ashlar dressings. It has a Welsh slate roof with stone gable copings and is designed in the Gothic style. The front gable includes a central set of double many-panelled doors with a shaped overlight, all within a Tudor-arched surround that has a dripmould above. The flanking sash windows also have a similar design with renewed leaded lights. Above the door is a small panel displaying the name and date of the chapel. The gable is topped with a spike finial on shaped kneelers. This building is included for its group value.
