Description

Witton Bridge is a bridge built around 1788, constructed from sandstone ashlar. It features two low segmental arches and has a central triangular cutwater on each side that slopes into half-hexagonal refuges. The parapet, which is at road-bed level, ends in low round piers and has chamfered coping.
