Description
This is a farm cottage built around 1820, located north-west of Low Harperley Farmhouse. The exterior features rough render with ashlar dressings and a pantiled roof, which has overlapping stone gable copings and a ridge, along with yellow brick chimneys. The cottage is one storey high and has two windows. The central entrance consists of a partly-glazed door framed by Tuscan pilasters and topped with an entablature. The windows have wide lattice glazing bars in paired casements, with each light having a lozenge shape and being set under label moulds. There are chimneys at both ends of the building.
