Description
The building is a modernized former laundry and dairy from the early 19th century. It features rendered elevations beneath a slated, hipped roof. The central block is two stories high and square, stepped up, and flanked by symmetrical wings. The south elevation has a central doorway with a round head and a single modern rectangular window in the west wing. There are brick stacks at the ends of the wings and a single stack on the central block. The east wing has three rectangular ventilators on the ridge. A modern doorway is located at the east end. The north elevation shows the central block projecting forward from the flanking wings, with a modern casement window on the first floor and a doorway below. The east wing contains two large modern casements, while the west wing has three additional windows. The interior was not available for inspection during the resurvey in February 1996, but it is understood that it has been converted for use as a school chapel.
