Description

Ty Cornel is a tall Georgian townhouse that is attached to the side and rear. It features roughcast rendering and is painted, with a slate roof that has slightly overhanging eaves and rendered end stacks topped with brick cornices. The building stands three storeys high and has a symmetrical two-window arrangement on the garden front, with 12-pane horned sash windows set in reveals on each floor. The roadside elevation includes a later oriel-style window on the first floor and a stone doorway at ground level, which has an architrave, a bracketed hood, and a recessed door accessed by three steps. There is also a deep plinth at the base.
