Description

The gatepiers and gates of St Tewdric are made of limestone and feature wrought iron gates and railings. The double wrought iron gates are flanked by paired rusticated piers that have moulded caps. These piers are bordered by convex coursed rock-faced rubble dwarf walls with dressed stone bases and copings, which support wrought iron spear railings that are likely replacements from after World War II. Further rusticated piers, similar to the original ones, flank these walls.
