Description
The building is a Post Office, constructed with whitewashed rubble and featuring a 20th-century tile roof and brick stacks. It consists of a two-storey range that includes a shop and a small house. On the first floor, there are four 12-pane sash windows with thin stone sills. The ground floor displays a 16-pane sash window, a 6-panel door, a canted bay window with 3+12+3 panes, a 20th-century door leading to the shop, and a similar canted bay window on the right.
Inside the shop, the ground floor has deeply chamfered ceiling beams with hollow and fillet (Wern-hir) stops. Attached to the ceiling are 19th-century metal plates with pendant hooks, which were previously used for hanging paraffin lamps. The entrance to the adjoining house leads into a passage with service rooms at the back, a 6-panel door to the living room on the left, and a 19th-century staircase on the right. The first floor features a large open landing around the stairwell, and the back corridor retains a lateral brick fireplace.
