Description
The War Memorial Lychgate at the Church of St. Andrew features rock-faced red sandstone walls, an oak superstructure, and a tiled roof. It has battered wing walls with paired oak gates in between. The walls support three gable trusses with arch-braced ties, all of which are made of exposed timber. An inscription on the lychgate reads, 'To the glory of God and the memory of those who fell in the War 1914-18'.
